Tuesdays: 9:30-11:00am   Hatha Structural Yoga Intermediate/Beginner Class with Dakini ShirleyAnn  *** drop-ins welcome***

We begin and end class with practicing breathing and meditation techniques. Everything in between is awareness, and an exploration into what the body is capable of today. As variations are provided, this class is suitable for all practitioners from beginners through advanced. Your body and mind will feel refreshed and renewed! Tea is served at the end of the class.

Wednesdays Gentle Yoga: 6-7:15pm  with dakini shirleyann

Gentle Yoga is a mind-body awareness practice that is far less strenuous than other forms. This relaxed version of yoga emphasizes mental relaxation through a series of breathing instruction and slow yoga stretches and poses. We have a small class-size format that is perfect for meeting your individual needs through the use of equipment such as mats and bolsters.
