Rooting to Mother Earth’s stories – bring a story/poem that invites the Earth as our container within the story. A story that might explore birth, growth, decay, and death told by the seasons. An invitation to share a story or poem of yours or another’s that include the natural world. Come weave your words, or simply receive, with Mama Cacao and Sound.
Restorative Yoga- Let go, and allow your mind, body, and spirit to return to the root of who you are. A form of yoga that emphasizes deep relaxation and stress reduction using bolsters, sound bath, breath, and visualization, you’ll stretch holding poses 5-10 minutes each.
