Gentle Yoga – Mondays 6-7pm. The gentle yoga practice is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. & asana . All levels welcome 

Hatha Yoga – Sun Moon Flow (Mindful Indoor/Outdoor Yoga)   Tuesdays 10-11am
Hatha means movement, this part of the yoga includes stretching, breathing practices for stress reduction and relaxation. Yoga Flow incorporates energetic movement through a series of asanas (yoga postures), by which the student experiences a sense of fluid physical motion. … Additionally, in teaching flow there will be a sequence of postures, including awareness & mindful techniques
